At WJW Counselling and Mediation We offer therapy/counselling, psychological assessments, divorce services, mediation, groups and online therapy
Direct billing and coverage exists with all our professionals but varies based on registration RPsych and Social Work direct bill to most medical plans CCC - Direct bill to Medavie, Canada Life, Manulife, Greenshield and covered under other plans including Blue Cross Prov. Psych - Direct bill to Medavie and Greenshield but covered under other plans We are not direct billing NIHB any longer.
2025 Fees
Registered Psychologists will be $235 per session (Direct bill to most medical plans)
Registered Social Work $220 (Direct bill to most medical plans)
Canadian Certified Counsellors $180 (Direct bill to Greenshield, Medavie Blue Cross, Manulife, Canada Life - covered under other plans)
Separation/Divorce Services Legal - $350 Per Hour - $400 for PN7 Non - legal - $250
Family Counselling $250 per session
Psychological Assessments range from $800-$3800 average Comprehensive Psycho-Educational assessment (including ADHD) is $2400- $2810 and average Autism is $500-$3810.
Our St. Albert Location offers massage therapy, reflexology, Life Coaching and Energy Healing** with our partner company The Mindful Corner.
Late cancellation policy is 48 hours. We cannot direct bill no-shows or late cancellations to medical plans and will use the credit card for the full session fee.
